MATTER ADD BLE DFU

我们在工程中关闭了matter的升级，加入了蓝牙本地升级，升级固件使用zephyr.sign.bin，使用nrfconnect for mobile进行固件升级，遇到下面问题：
1. 安卓升级可以成功，但是升级速度只有4KB/S，可以如何提速？
2. 苹果手机升级失败，提示invalid value，ios可以使用nrfconnect for mobile进行升级吗

还有下面这个错误：
在第一次升级成功后，连接蓝牙进行第二次升级，升级失败，设备上的打印会出现下面日志：

看起来这不是matter的OTA，是蓝牙私有的OTA流程。
